First an apology to Uncle Jay who explains the News every Monday. Very clever, very funny.

What you will find in here is me explaining, usually in a step-by-step style, replies to email questions from my clients and friends. I can be a real windbag sometimes and by the time I finish writing the email I realize its practically big enough to put into book form – so instead I’ll put it here.

In the following pages you will find clarification of things which may at first seem obvious – until you go to put them into practice when all of a sudden your brain turns into swiss cheese. I will try to do my best to help and keep the mice away from eating your head (not a pretty picture).

By all means let me know if you find holes in my emails and if you have a “better way”. Most of this stuff comes from my own real life experiences despite the fact that I had to do some book-larnin’ when I’ve had to prepare lectures for my students.
